Many chargers have different voltages to the Photizo device. To confirm if the LEDs are functioning view it through your mobile phone camera. The warmth will not affect the efficacy of the dose. Most applications will require a full dose, so make sure you are not holding the ON\/OFF button while the dose is being applied.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-5994\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-5994\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Photizo is giving a low number of doses<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-5994\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5994\"><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">A new Photizo device should provide one hour and 30 minutes of continuous use.<\/p><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">This equates to approximately:<\/p><ul data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\"><strong>Pain Relief 130 doses x 41 seconds per dose<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\"><strong>Sport\/Vetcare 170 doses x 31 seconds per dose<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\"><strong>Skincare\/Blush 330 doses x 16 seconds per dose<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Please take note of the following which affects performance of the battery:<\/p><ol data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Battery capacity will naturally be lost over time depending on how many times the batteries have been recharged. Expected charge life can be 500-1,000 charge cycles depending on the care of your device. If out of warranty, the battery can be replaced by our authorised service centre and there will be a cost.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">The loss of battery capacity can be accelerated by overcharging (eg. leaving the device plugged in with charger after the battery is fully charged). Make sure to disconnect from the mains after charging is completed (the green indicator light stops flashing).<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Leaving the unit in a vehicle overnight when temperature is very cold is likely to also deplete the available charge in the battery. If flat, charge up in the normal way with the correct Photizo charger.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">The most common reason for units being returned is due to low doses from the battery, but often this has been due to the incorrect charger being used or not charging the battery fully\/correctly.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-5995\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-5995\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-right\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-toggle-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Existing reported faults<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-5995\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5995\"><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Contact us if you are experiencing any of the following with your Photizo:<\/p><ul data-rte-list=\"default\"><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Photizo battery is charged correctly, beeps when the ON\/OFF button is pressed, the green indicator light turns on and beeps when the dose is finished but no LEDs turn on<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Unit beeps multiple times when plugged in with a charger<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">Your unit is not charging after completing all checks in the section above<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">If your unit is providing fewer doses than expected from a full charge (see above for doses expected per model) and is still in the warranty period (please make sure you have completed the battery test above first)<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"preFade fadeIn\">If your unit has been immersed in water by accident, <strong>do not<\/strong> press the ON\/OFF button or plug into the mains with the charger &#8211;
